Morven Recruitment is actively seeking Warehouse Workers to join our Temporary Workforce Team across the country. These positions support ongoing demand from our clients, and shifts may vary depending on location and business needs.
About the Role
We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals to support our clients with warehouse operations, packing, production, distribution. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexible work with the potential for long-term opportunities.
Location
Inverness, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee & Perth.
How Many Hours Are Available?
We carefully manage the number of workers on our temporary workforce to ensure fair access to hours for everyone.
While we cannot guarantee a set number of hours, we always do our best to meet the expectations of both our clients and our workers.
Do I Need Experience?
Experience is always an advantage — however, it’s not essential.
If you’re new to this type of work, don’t worry. Everyone has to start somewhere, and full training is typically provided on-site.
Can I Transition Into a Full-Time Role?
Yes!
We frequently see opportunities for temporary workers to transition into full-time employment when requested by our clients. Many of our team members have successfully moved into permanent positions.
Pay & Benefits
Day Shift: £13.00 per hour
Night Shift: £13.50 per hour
Holiday Pay: Paid at the standard rate of 12.07%
Payday: Every Friday, covering work completed the previous week
